Project description
This mixed media painting creates an intriguing dreamlike world where a melting clock, playing card, jewels, fashion objects, and floating island-like platforms coexist within a carefully staged visual system. The work effectively draws on surrealist symbolism. The combination of painted illusion, textured surface, metallic accents, and small sculptural details gives the piece a tactile richness that encourages close viewing. The contrast between “gorgeous” objects and the distorted, unstable clock is especially compelling.
