Project description

A lone sea turtle drifts beneath a gray-green sky,

an umbrella on its back, a small defiance against a rain not made of water.

Cans cascade like cold coins, a brittle, broken straw falls with the tide. The ghostly white mesh of a derelict fishnet settles, a weighted shroud upon the waves. Bubble wrap drifts in shimmering, synthetic clouds, and plastic bags flutter down, catching light.
