am truly honored to receive this recognition for my artwork titled Heat Wave. This piece is a contemporary exploration of childhood memories, capturing the intense summer heat that felt as if it could melt everything around me. Through the vivid contrast of bright orange hues and the melting black eyes, I aimed to convey the overwhelming emotions and sensations experienced during those scorching days. As a high school student from Taiwan, I strive to express not only visual impact but also the emotional depth behind everyday experiences through my art. This award motivates me to continue pushing boundaries and exploring new ways to communicate stories and feelings.
