Project description
The Gaze of Power presents a striking contemporary sculptural language through its visceral red surface, curled bodily form, and unsettling organic textures, creating an immediate sense of tension between attraction and discomfort. A successful surrealist work. The designer has clearly conveyed the message she wanted to communicate in this work. A small suggestion in presentation would be to further refine the relationship between the interactive technologies and the sculptural form, ensuring that the camera, monitor, and mirror are integrated with equal poetic subtlety. Overall, this is a conceptually ambitious, emotionally charged, and visually memorable installation.
