Project description
This work successfully reinterprets “404 Not Found” as more than a technical message, turning it into a metaphor for the emotional and spiritual disconnection of modern life. The dog-headed figure introduces a tender yet uncanny presence, while the floating pink fish, geometric blocks, and screen-like interface create a surreal world suspended between reality and digital space. The soft palette and calm blue lower field contrast effectively with the conceptual tension of the subject, giving the painting both visual gentleness and psychological depth. The symbolism is clear without becoming overly literal, and the piece invites viewers to reflect on how technology reshapes companionship, identity, and the sense of self. A slightly stronger integration between the upper symbolic elements and the central figure could make the narrative even more cohesive, but the work already stands as a compelling and intelligent contemporary statement.
