Project description
The project demonstrates exceptional clarity in integrating industrial policy with urban form, particularly through its coupling of MRT connectivity and high-tech industry clustering. The introduction of a multi-layered pedestrian network and flexible commercial podium effectively enhances urban vitality while supporting large-scale corporate use. Its waterfront presence and sculptural massing contribute a strong skyline identity; however, the public realm at ground level could be further differentiated to create a more distinctive human-scale experience.
